We answer the most common questions about orders, shipping and customization.
How long does shipping take?
The
standard time is
7 to 9 business days (if your order has
no printing, it may arrive sooner). With the
urgent option:
express delivery in 24-48 h if there is no printing, or according to the printing (from design approval) if there is. Need the order for a
specific date?
Write to us (email or WhatsApp) and we'll handle it, confirming whether we can meet the date.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders from €150 (excl. VAT). Below that amount, the corresponding shipping costs apply. The urgent shipping option has a higher cost.
How do I place an order?
Choose your product in the
configurator, mark the print areas and technique, upload your design and add it to the cart.
Color and sizes are chosen at
checkout, along with the units of each. If you have any questions,
contact us and we'll help.
What format should my design be?
Ideally a PNG with transparent background or a vector file (SVG / PDF). The design must come without background. If possible, in high resolution: at least 300 dpi at print size.
Can I see a mockup before production?
Yes. Before manufacturing we prepare a mockup with your design already placed so you can approve it. That way you're sure of the result before it's printed.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the printing technique. In the configurator you'll see the minimum and the price per unit according to the quantity you choose.
